This 51-unit condominium project is located on a 1-acre parcel within Pasadena’s central commercial district. The building is made up of 4 stories of flats and townhomes over 2 levels of subterranean parking, with street level commercial space at the prime corner. The units range from 1,200 to 1,650 sf. All first level street front units have accentuated front entries and courts to create neighborhood-friendly rhythm and scale. The exterior facade expresses classical proportions in a contemporary manner. Recessed windows, articulated planes, decorative shutters, cornices, and a graduated color palette all lend textural interest and ambiance to the building.
