Situated in an established commercial neighborhood with architectural styles from various periods within the 20th century, this mixed-use project integrates into, and knits together, the existing urban fabric with materials, scale, geometry, architectural vocabulary and program. The building and unit plans are highly efficient to yield density while the interior courtyards echo the geometry of the exterior, creating a peaceful oasis in this urban setting.
