Row 3 is an infill project that utilizes a Small Lot Subdivision Ordinance to integrate single family homes into an existing Hollywood neighborhood. The site, once approved for 35 condos with underground parking, now provides 19 fee simple homes in a manner that is both attractive to the market and feasible for the developer.
